1) All tickets are for in-person attendees only with the exception of the Virtual Attendance

2) For HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS applications:

Individual must fall under at least ONE of the following categories:

• Current Practicing physician, nurse or clinical staff of a recognized hospital, healthcare system, IDN, clinic or institution
• Currently employed Executive, Director, Manager, Associate level staff of a recognized hospital, healthcare system, IDN, clinic or institution 

3) For PAYERS applications 

Individual must be a current executive or employee of a recognized payer organization 

4) For GOVERNMENT applications 

Individual must fall under at least ONE of the following categories: 

• Current employee of any US agencies (USDHHS, NIH, DOJ etc)
• Current member of any US armed forces
• Current employee of any country’s recognized national agencies
• Current member of any country’s armed forces
• Current employee/representative of the United Nations
• Current employee/representative of the World Health Organization 

5) For STARTUPS applications 

Individuals must satisfy all the criteria in this section below: 

• Must be an ‘operator’ of a health tech company. This can include founders, employees and board members but NOT accelerators or professional service based companies, advisors, consultants or law firms.
• The startup should be less than five (5) years old and raised less than $10 million – this is preferred but not a requisite as long as the applicant can prove that their company is still in start up mode and operational. This will be reviewed by the organizer’s event planning committee. 

6) For INVESTOR applications 

Individuals must fall under at least ONE of the following categories: 

• Belong to a recognized venture capital or private equity firm
• Be an angel investor with proof of recent investment in startup/technology this may be sent to events@hitlab.org  

7) For MEDIA applications 

Individuals must fall under at least ONE of the following categories: 

• Active member of the media/press – editors, reporters, producers, camera crew – proof must be submitted to events@hitlab.org
• Podcaster with proof of podcast and listed as host/producer 

8) For INFLUENCER applications 

Individuals must satisfy at least ONE of the following criteria: 

• Have 50,000+ followers on LinkedIn AND agree to post about the event a minimum of 10 times up to and during the event
• Have 100,000+ followers on Instagram AND agree to post about the event a minimum of 10 times up to and during the event
• Other platforms maybe considered (e.g. Facebook/X) please contact events@hitlab.org for more information 

All applications to be subject to review by NYCHIW event committee and all applications to be approved within 72 hours wherein the method of payment will be charged
