Utilizing evidence-based tools and behavioral analytics, ELEMREXTM facilitates assessment and management by providers and partners. The platform enables access, exchange, and consultation of electronic health information securely, consolidating data regardless of format or source. ELEMREXTM is developed by Actual HealthCare Solutions (AHS), a promising Health IT startup whose mission is to revolutionize healthcare solutions.
